The form also records, automatically, the page it was sent from, the tour that page was about if any, the address of the page that referred you to the site, and any campaign parameters in the page address. We use these to understand which pages and links lead to enquiries.
Please do not put sensitive information in the message box, such as passport numbers, payment card details or detailed medical records. If the team needs any of this to book your trip, it will ask for it directly.
When you submit the form, your IP address is used for a short time to limit repeated submissions from the same connection. It is not saved with your enquiry.
How your enquiry is used and who receives it
Your enquiry is used to reply to you about your trip. It is stored by Morocco Tours HQ and passed to Best Morocco Travel, the company in Marrakech that plans and runs the tours, so that it can prepare a route and a price and, if you go ahead, organise the trip.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers. Best Morocco Travel is based in Morocco, so your details are processed there. The companies that provide our hosting and data storage hold the data on our behalf.
WhatsApp, email and phone
WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp, a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you follow the link and send a message. If you email or phone, the team receives whatever you choose to share and uses it to reply about your trip.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics at launch. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party font or image services.
This may change. If we add analytics or any cookie that is not strictly needed for the site to work, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. As with any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs of requests to the server.
How long data is kept
Enquiry data is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and, if you book, your trip. It is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@moroccotourshq.com from the address you used for the enquiry and say which you want. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including TripAdvisor, government travel advice and other tour operators. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle data.
